A little update on my online pasta classes after some special requests…

You can now take each of my courses separately - Formed, Long, Shaped & Filled - and they are categorized from level 101 to level 104, with the formed semolina pasta being the easiest and the filled pasta being the more elaborate pasta to make. BUT, they are all beginner friendly classes with even level 104 being super easy to follow! So if you are just dying to learn how to make a filled pasta, you can now just take my 104 class by itself!

Or take my Perfect Your Pasta Course and learn it all! This course includes all of the classes mentioned above plus my pasta making with a Machine course so you can learn to make each type of pasta with or without a machine!
