I cannot believe July is already behind us!

It was a suuuuper busy month filled with a week of the flu, a week of travel back home to see family, a week of helping family move, organizing our entire house & getting rid of stuff we don't need - it feels AMAZING and not even done yet [anyone else just love moving furniture around?!] :) And then last week was just busy busy busy!

In case you missed it, last month I launched my Perfect Your Pasta Making Course where I teach you how to make 14 different shapes of cut pasta, formed pasta, shaped pasta & filled pasta - plus two different fillings! The class includes all classes and courses on my site, including my machine pasta making & pasta by hand classes so you can learn it all!

Also, I’ll officially be launching my Gluten Free Pasta Making Course next week! This will be similar to my ‘Perfect Your Pasta Making Course’ because I show you how to make all 4 different types of Gluten Free pasta - Cut, Formed, Shaped and Filled! So if you or anyone you know is Gluten Free (it will also be egg free) you can find the class on my pasta course site starting next week! I’ll be sharing to my stories & page when it’s launched :)

All my recipes are still being posted to my website weekly & will be shared to my stories when they go live even if you don’t see it on my page! I will never be buying Mayo at the store again - It was SO easy & de-lish!

I did want to start sharing a FREE RECIPE in the newsletter each month. It will link to my website so you can see the full video! Since we’re in the month of August which is National Peach Month, I’m sharing one of my absolute favorite salads to eat in the summer & one my mom always makes… Peach & Burrata Salad - hope you love it as much as I do!

I’m partnering with my friend Madison, owner of The Ludlow Shop, on a special vintage market this Sunday in Ocean Beach San Diego from 5pm-8pm! I’ll be hosting a little pasta workshop at sunset & The Ludlow Shop will be showing some amazing vintage pieces all evening. You’ll get to snack on yummy cheese boards, fresh pasta salad & delicious beverages, all while soaking up the fresh ocean air!
