Hope everyone is having an amazing April so far! I know this is a little late & we’re already halfway through the month, but it’s been a hectic month already with some last minute travel back home so I had to push the newsletter out a bit! 💛

I’ve got some delicious recipes launching this month including a pasta salad recipe now that we’re finally entering the warm weather season! And if you missed my last update on this, I’ll be posting my Sunday pasta recipes to my website the Friday before, so if you want to get in on this early release schedule, you can sign up here

My second online course has just launched - My Semolina Pasta Making Class - where I show you my entire pasta making process for pasta made without eggs! This is my no-tools required class - you don’t even need a rolling pin, just a knife & fork - & includes all my helpful tips on kneading your dough, dough hydration, my best storage & cooking tips and a bunch more! 

I also got some great feedback from my IG stories on what you want to see next & the consensus seems to be shaped & filled pasta, so I’ll be working on getting those classes launched as soon as possible in addition to a Gluten Free pasta making course for all my GF peeps :) If you’re interested in taking my beginners egg or semolina class, you can find them here!
