Happy November!

With Thanksgiving around the corner, I just wanted to say how grateful I am for all of you 💛 Buona Pasta Club wouldn’t be where it is today without every single one of you!!

I honestly cannot believe how much Buona Pasta has grown since I started my Instagram around this time in 2018 - and I’m so proud of where it is today. Nothing makes me happier than receiving comments and messages showing me the pasta that you’ve made or the sauce your family can’t get enough of! I love that BPC is all about inspiring others to start making food from scratch, simple sauces and pasta recipes that may seem intimidating at first but once it’s broken down, it’s so much easier to see the simplicity of it all! 

On the theme of being thankful…

Something that we’ve been doing recently is celebrating “gratitude o’clock”. Every day at 7pm you recognize what you're grateful for- it doesn't have to be everything you’re grateful for, each day can be something different and may have to do with what’s happening at that exact moment…

Maybe you’re spending time with family or friends -  so you let them know that you’re grateful for them, or maybe you’re just relaxing on the couch watching a movie, you can acknowledge that you’re grateful for being able to take some time for yourself. Maybe you want to give someone special a phone call to tell them that you’re grateful for them. It’s just a really good way to stop and take a moment each day to think about the things in your life that make you happy and that you are thankful for, which can put a smile on not only your face but someone else who you may not realize really needs it!

Just something super quick and easy that you can add into your daily routine to take a moment to recognize the good people and things in your life that you have, since sometimes we can forget with all the other stuff going on around us 💛

For this month’s FREE RECIPE…

I’m sharing my Mashed Potato Cappelletti & Mushroom Cream Sauce that I made last year for the holiday! I made this pasta filling using leftover mashed potatoes so it’s the perfect dish to use up those extra taters! I actually made it multiple times last November because it was such a hit - one of which I added green beans and it was SO good and tasted just like thanksgiving!
