Happy July! Lots of fun updates for ya [which is why this was a tad delayed hehe] 🙂

BIG NEWS… My Beginners Shaped & Filled Pasta Making Course has officially LAUNCHED! Check it out HERE

This course consists of both Shaped & Filled pasta making and includes 4 different types of each! P.S. When you purchase any of my classes, you get to watch them whenever you want, as many times as you want - and for this new Advanced class, you’ll learn 8 different types of pasta including Farfalle, Rigatoni, Tortellini & Ravioli - plus 4 more exciting, fun pasta shapes! I’ve included my 00 Egg dough lesson plus a 00 & Semolina Egg dough lesson which is what I use for these types of pasta, since the Semolina flour added helps the pasta to hold its shape. This course includes how to roll out your dough by hand, as well as Storage & Cooking tips for both Shaped & Filled pasta!

On the pasta merch front…

In-Person Pasta Parties…

If you’re local to San Diego, I’m taking a break from my pasta workshops for the summer - usually I have a hard time booking enough spots since lots of people are traveling throughout the summer. So I’m just focusing on Private Pasta Parties - I already have a few ones booked throughout the summer, so if you’re wanting to plan a fun pasta party or event with family, co-workers or friends, you can book your party here!

I’ve got some travel coming up…

I’ll be flying out this week to head home to the east coast and spend some time with family down the shore :) I’m so excited to be home for a bit, relax and get a much needed tan ha! I’ll share some of my fun beach days & nights on my IG stories, so look out for those if you want to see what I’m up to all week! I may film a Pasta in the Wild vid while I’m home, so stay tuned for that :)
