Hi Pasta Lovers! 

Hope everyone had a nice January and stayed warm & dry. We had a ton of rain in San Diego which is very unusual - And it’s supposed to rain for the next week, yikes!

I’ve got some really fun & exciting things in the pipeline for this month, including a collaboration plus new pasta merch! I also have some deeelicious recipes launching this month, including a Valentine’s pasta dish with edible flowers, my homemade ricotta recipe, a few different gnocchi recipes, a gnocchi soup AND a cheesy Superbowl casserole that you are not gonna wanna miss! I’m trying to get each of my Sunday Sauces posted the Friday before so you are able to enjoy them over the weekend!

I’ve been working hard to plan out my pasta courses that will start launching this month! They will be launching in 3-4 phases from basic no tools pasta making to homemade gnocchi making to dyed pasta :) I received some amazing feedback on what you would like to be offered which was super helpful- thank you to everyone who gave their input! It’s so great to know what everyone wants to learn, and I’m excited to say, if you added a recommendation, it was added to the list of offerings, so stay tuned!

I have an upcoming event in San Diego this month for all the pasta lovin’ ladies out there! So if you’re local to the area and are interested in signing up for my Ladies Night Pasta Party on Feb 24th at 6pm, you can do so via the classes tab on my website → buonapastaclub.com/classes! We’ll be making pink Gnocchetti Sardi, listening to some fun tunes, sipping wine & eating antipasti at the cutest coffee shop in Pacific Beach 🩷

Some pasta news for you… The Free University of Languages and Communications study has confirmed that the happiness triggered from enjoying a plate of pasta is similar (if not greater) to the happiness induced by music or sports events - I believe it!! I’m sure many of you have seen this study since it’s going around online, but I thought I’d share since I was sent the post about 20 times ha!
