Happy March!

Hi Pasta Lovers!

Hope you all had an amazing February :) I am so looking forward to daylight savings this weekend! Cannot wait for those 8pm sunsets šŸ˜

IT’S FINALLY HERE! My very first online course has just launched - My Egg Pasta Making 101 Class - where I show you the entire pasta making process from egg crack to the final cut! This is my no-tools required class & includes all my helpful tips including how to knead the perfect dough ball, dough hydration, how to roll your dough out thin, my best storage & cooking tips and much more :) I’ll be launching a new pasta class every couple weeks so if you’re trying to perfect your pasta making, you are in luck! You can find the first class on my new website which also includes my full recipes, pasta merch, Amazon shop & more!

I’ve got some delicious recipes launching this month including a fun St Patrick’s Day themed pasta, another cozy soup recipe & some easy cheesy sauces! I’ll continue posting each of my Sunday sauce & soup recipes early for my Peace Love Pasta Subscribers, so if you want to get in on this early release schedule, you can sign up here!

My March Gnocchetti Making workshop in San Diego has officially been set for Sunday March 24th at 3pm at Swan Bar in North Park - So if you’re local to the area and are interested in signing up or want to know more details, you can do so here :)
