My new merch has officially launched TODAY - you can find all the new pieces here! I’ve got a new pasta series launching this Tuesday - my Summer Pasta Series! If you subscribe to my website, peacelovepasta.com you can find it there now! As a reminder I post all my recipes to my website in advanced so when you subscribe, you get the extended video with step by step instructions before I share it to Instagram 💛 I’ll have more summer inspired pasta dishes & pasta salads coming all summer long!

I have a VERY exciting recipe & collab posting this Wednesday - it’s one of my absolute favorite things to eat especially in the summer months & something I grew up on that I’ve only found on the east coast, specifically Philadelphia… can you guess what it is?! You’ll find out Wednesday :)

I’m going live…

OKAY so I hope I don’t eat my words here but… I will be going live on my YouTube channel as soon as this week! And now that I’ve said it, it will keep me accountable :):):) The first one will be more of a test, but I'm hoping to do this weekly! I’ve been wanting to offer more long format videos on my YouTube to my pasta loving peeps, and this feels like an easy way to do it so I don’t have to spend years editing - IYKYK! And if you miss it live, all the videos will still post to the Videos section of my page so you can watch them whenever :) I’ll be sharing more info on my Instagram stories that day but the plan is Thursday afternoon(PST), so keep your eyes peeled…

Now for my pasta classes 💃…

I have officially recorded all my online pasta classes!! So for the next couple weeks I will be editing away to get those live for you as soon as possible! These will include shaping pasta, filling pasta, making pasta with a machine - both manual & KitchenAid, as well as using a mixer & food processor to make pasta dough. So I have my work cut out for me, but want to provide you all with lots of options since I got so many requests! Next up will be gluten free pasta for those GF peeps 🙂 If you’re interested in the no tools beginner pasta classes currently available, you can find them here!

Monday is National Egg Day! I know what I’ll be having for the occasion 🙂 Will you be celebrating with some homemade egg pasta?! Here’s my quick but in-depth Egg Pasta Making YouTube video in case you need it!
